Mallory Grivner MSS, LCSW

Mallory Grivner is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Pennsylvania and is the owner of Thrive Counseling and Wellness. She received her masters degree in Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and her undergraduate degrees from Penn State University. Prior to working as a therapist, Mallory worked primarily as a social worker in hospice and palliative care in both in in-patient and community hospice settings. During her time as a social worker, she served as her agency’s bereavement coordinator and provided ongoing bereavement support to individuals and families coping with grief. During her time as a therapist, Mallory has helped individuals with a wide array of needs. She focuses primarily on issues of anxiety, grief and medical-related challenges. She is passionate about working to support healthcare workers, often calling on her own experience to support. Mallory has received certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma.

Mallory’s approach is collaborative and conversational. She individualizes therapeutic technique and theoretical frameworks to best suit the needs of her clients.


Bill Longacre MSW, LCSW

Bill is a licensed clinical social worker who received his Masters of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania.  He completed a clinical practicum with the Hospital of UPenn’s out-patient cancer center.  Bill has worked as a hospice social worker, working with both patients and their families through the end–of-life process.  He has also worked at the Hospital of UPenn’s kidney transplant center and cystic fibrosis clinic.  Bill has significant experience helping individuals cope with complex medical needs, grief and loss and life-cycle transitions.  His approach is affirming while focusing on solutions to whatever challenge one is facing.



Sue Roh MSW, LCSW

Sue is a licensed clinical social worker with a masters degree from Temple University.  Sue has much tenure as a social worker and has had a wide range of experience supporting a multitude of needs and concerns.  She started her social work career in Child and Family Services and working in out-patient mental health.  Sue then transitioned to hospice in both inpatient and outpatient services and often worked with individuals in long term care centers and those on ventilators.  Sue also has experience working with the Hospital of UPenn pulmonary clinic as an outpatient social worker.  She is passionate about alternative therapies and completed a facilitation practice course on psychedelic-assisted therapies at Soundmind Institute in Philadelphia.  Sue enjoys working with a diverse clientele and is exemplary at getting to the root of a problem and finding the best course of action to make one’s life significantly better.
